    This is my spot! First, it's right next to the best barbershop in the city which is why I frequent Shell's in the first place. Everything here is good and relatively inexpensive. You can get a dinner with two sides for $5!  

    They opened a new spot at the old Roost on Reisterstown which is also good but not quite as amazing as the original. Do yourself a favor and check them out. Good people, amazing food.

    I haven't been to Shell's in a bit. But they have the BEST 5.00 dinners ever! Located on Reisterstown Road by the library. I love the whiting and fried chicken. It's a bargain. They have a way of brining life to can green beans. Delish! I've never had a bad meal.

    Food pretty good and affordable.
    They have a $5 menu w over 20 meal options as well as higher caliber items that cost a little more but well worth it!

    YYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! A black owned establishment that provides excellent service!!!! Greeted as soon as we came through the door, the cashier was very hospitable & answered every question I had...I ordered the chicken and waffles & OMG!!! The waffles were fresh, soft, & delicious!! The chicken wings were crispy, freshly dropped, not premade. I'll definitely return when I go back to to Baltimore. This is definitely on my oh yeah gotta bring people here if they haven't been list. The shrimp basket was delicious & the hush puppies were so good...I cannot wait to return to give them more of my money!!!

    Food was wonderful I will return again an again price for right portion size was right also.
    Just need update on place looks to bring more customers
